An award winning screenwriter/ director/ producer who has been a renowned figurehead in the Maldivian film industry. Though his profession and passion is screenwriting, he has a great deal of experience in film direction and currently has been producing films as well. His creativity in the industry has been evident from the National Film Awards he has collected in numerous years during his long career in the industry. His passion project, INGILI which he has written and produced made history by becoming the first Dhivehi film to win an international award.
