Initially, Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort requested a minor landscape face-lift. After witnessing the enthusiasm and dedication of team that we had put together, it went on to become a major project for us. The scope of the work was revised making it some what a turn-key project. Thus, opportunity arose to propose fresh and creative ideas. After numerous dicussions a concept was drawn to establish the landscape and hardscape that would best reflect the product. Upon approval, detail drawings were produced through intense research and dedicated experts. Under the new arrangements signage and atmospheric lighting for gardens, pathway, water villa jetty and roads were highlights of the craftsmenship visible to amuse. They were designed, manufatured and installed using locally available reusable materials. With the praised speed of work and reasonable pricing, we had owned more than four-fifth of the entire project and it kept adding on. The challenging hardscaping spa area featured water fountains, stone sculptures and sand sculptures to name a few. The aesthetical value was seen distinctively upon relocation of massive trees to a proper landscaping. From sourcing and supplying the proper fertilizer to composting the soil with enrichment from Netherlands; from picking the right plant to planting the right way; from the complex cross-island irrigation system to the details of equipment to be utilized, our team was tirelessly working round the clock to ‘walk that extra mile’ for our client. Deadline are always on time, but we never stopped to doubt as we battled the shortage of certain materials due to festive season whiles unpredicted weather was knocking our heads underneath the jetty pathways, literally. Despite the challenges, we not only completed to the satisfaction of our client, but we also threw in a herb garden for the chefs and the adventurous guests. With clearing out the numerous drawbacks the solid consultancy was loud and clearly echoing wherever sight was set at, with commendable workmanship.
   

We have undertaken Landscaping for Furaveri Island Resort, inclusive of consultancy. Conceptual drawings based to generate details drawings for the landscaping of this property was tuned to fine scaling, ready for execution. With hours of brainstorming and weighing ideas through reseach and constant planning were the extra effort to bring in new developments to this project. This everyday, challenging project was nested on the shoulders of a professional team geared with the most up to date software in the market. Balancing along an on-going proposition of fresh ideas whiles keeping flexibility on the client’s requests, we were harnessed to the finish line with pride. Challenging as it was, time was a key factor that never was on our side.
